Professional Access

A controlled review space for editors, producers, researchers and institutions who need deeper access to selected YAW STUDIO footage, photography and documentary material.

Professional Access is approval-based. Requests are reviewed individually, and approved users receive a secure sign-in link by email. There are no public accounts and no self-registration.

Access is granted for a defined professional purpose and a limited scope. It is not a public gallery and not a licence by itself.

What Professional Access may include

Approved professional users may be granted some of the following, depending on the request and clearance status.

  • Expanded metadata for selected assets
  • Extended screener access where cleared
  • Context, caption and shot information
  • Credit and attribution details
  • Availability and clearance status detail
  • Selected partner collections
  • Controlled screener or master-file requests

Limits

What it does not provide

  • No access to the studio CMS or internal systems
  • No contract or rights-management workflow
  • No consent or release documents beyond cleared summaries
  • No automated pricing or instant licensing
  • No full production notes or raw archives
  • No distribution rights by default
  • No unrestricted master-file downloads

Responsibility

Confidentiality & responsible use

Material accessed through Professional Access remains confidential to the approved user and their organisation. Screeners, metadata and collections must not be shared, republished or redistributed.

Contributor protection and security considerations may limit what can be shown, even to approved users. Misuse of access leads to revocation.
